Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad

pounds rotisserie chicken, boneless, skinless, chopped

celery stalks, chopped

cup Greek yogurt, plain

Sunkist Delite® mandarins, peeled, segmented

tablespoons stone ground Dijon mustard

cup dried cranberries

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine and stir chicken, celery, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add Sunkist Delite® mandarins and dried cranberries.
- Gently mix ingredients together and serve.
