Charcuterie Wrap with Blood Orange Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 10” flour tortilla
  • 1/2 10” flour tortilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon <a href="//www.sunkist.com/recipes/blood-orange-balsamic-glaze/”">Sunkist® Blood Orange Balsamic Glaze, </a> for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 ounce prosciutto
  • 1 ounce brie, sliced

Directions

  1. Cut a slit to the middle of the tortilla and fill each quarter with the following:
  2. Place arugula in 1st section (quarter 1) and drizzle Blood orange balsamic glaze on top.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard in 2nd section (quarter 2).
  4. Place prosciutto in 3rd section (quarter 3).
  5. Place brie in 4th section (quarter 4).
  6. Fold each quarter triangles onto themselves until you have a layered tortilla.
  7. In a medium to hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted add the wrap and heat it for one minute or until golden and toasted. Flip and toast the other side for one more minute.
  8. Drizzle Blood orange balsamic glaze for garnish. Serve immediately.
