Directions
- Measure the Minneola tangelo juice, gin, grenadine and pastis into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice, cap and shake.
- Pour into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a dried Minneola tangelo wheel.
