Ingredients
- 1 ounce freshly-squeezed Minneola tangelo juice
- 1 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- bar spoon of pastis
- 3 ounces sparkling wine
- 1 dried tangelo wheel

Directions
- Measure the Minneola tangelo juice, gin, grenadine and pastis into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice, cap and shake.
- Pour into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a dried Minneola tangelo wheel.
