Ingredients

cups of freshly squeezed mandarin juice (about 16 mandarins for 3 cups juice)
1 1/2
cups frozen or fresh whole cranberries
Directions
Remove peel and all pith from the mandarins using a sharp knife.
Process the mandarins and cranberries through a juicer into a container.
Combine juices in a pitcher and serve well-chilled or over ice.
Store leftover fresh juice in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
