What are clementines? What is a tangerine?

Mandarins are a diverse family of small, sweet, easy-to-peel citrus fruits, while tangerines and clementines are specific types of mandarins. Clementines are small, seedless hybrids of mandarin and sweet orange with smooth, glossy skin. Tangerines are a deeper-orange, slightly larger, more tart mandarin variety with a pebbly, tougher skin.

How many oranges is too many?

Sorry…I don’t think we understand this question? Kidding! Multiple studies show that sticking between 2-4 oranges a day is generally safe and anything over could lead to discomfort.
