Is grapefruit good for you?

Does grapefruit help lower blood pressure?

Because of the reasonable source of potassium found in grapefruit, many studies show that it can be helpful for maintaining healthy blood pressure; however, we highly recommend consulting with your doctor to see what works best for you.

When is grapefruit season?

Because there are many different varieties of grapefruit, grapefruit is considered to be in season year round! You have California Rio Red grapefruit, California Star Ruby grapefruit, Marsh Ruby grapefruit, Texas Rio grapefruit, and Pummelos.
