Marinade
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce

- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/8 cup shredded wood ears, soaked until soft
- 4 ounces shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 package Dumpling (or wonton) wrappers
CHILI SAUCE
- 1/4 cup Sunkist<sup>®</sup> Cara Cara orange or Valencia orange Juice, fresh-squeezed
- 2 tbsp. Sichuan peppercorn chilli oil
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. red vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. caster sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. toasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. toasted fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
