High Protein Maple Citrus Roasted Chickpeas

can chickpeas (15.5 oz)

tbsp olive oil

tbsp maple syrup

Sunkist® orange (for zest and juice)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, maple syrup, orange juice and zest
- Once fully coated, drain the remaining mixture and set aside
- Spread chickpeas evenly on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Pour remaining mixture over chickpeas and toss
- Cook for another 10 minutes or until chickpeas are crisp
