Charcuterie Wrap with Blood Orange Balsamic Glaze

teaspoon Dijon mustard

ounce prosciutto

ounce brie, sliced
Directions
- Cut a slit to the middle of the tortilla and fill each quarter with the following:
- Place arugula in 1st section (quarter 1) and drizzle Blood orange balsamic glaze on top.
- Spread Dijon mustard in 2nd section (quarter 2).
- Place prosciutto in 3rd section (quarter 3).
- Place brie in 4th section (quarter 4).
- Fold each quarter triangles onto themselves until you have a layered tortilla.
- In a medium to hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted add the wrap and heat it for one minute or until golden and toasted. Flip and toast the other side for one more minute.
- Drizzle Blood orange balsamic glaze for garnish. Serve immediately.
