Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and orange juice until smooth.
Stir in the dried cranberries and orange zest. Using a large cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons), portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
When cool, frost each cookie with about 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese frosting. Top with more orange zest, if desired.
