White Chocolate Mandarin Fudge

Ingredients

White Chocolate Fudge

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup dried Sunkist® California Mandarin, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shortbread cookies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows
  • heart sprinkles

Dried Mandarins

  • 5 Sunkist® California Mandarins, segmented

Directions

White Chocolate Fudge

  1. Dehydrate Sunkist® California Mandarins (directions below).
  2. Using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
  3. Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in vanilla, salt, dried Sunkist® California Mandarins, cookies, pistachios and marshmallows.
  4. Pour onto parchment lined 8 x 8" pan and spread evenly.
  5. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  6. Cut into 2" squares and add single heart sprinkle if desired.

Dried Mandarins

  1. Preset dehydrator or Preheat oven to 165 F.
  2. Add Sunkist® California Mandarin segments into the dehydrator, or place in the oven.
  3. Dry Sunkist® California Mandarins for 8 hours (flip midway).
