Sparkling Screwdriver Cocktail

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Sunkist® Minneola tangelo juice (about 1 Sunkist® Minneola tangelo)
3 Tablespoons vodka or zero-proof botanical
1/3 Cup sparkling water or club soda, plus more if desired
4 Large ice cubes
1 Optional garnishes: Sugar, pink salt, edible flowers, or thin Sunkist® orange slices
1 *Non-alcoholic option: replace the vodka with a zero-proof botanical like Proteau, Ritual or Seedlip, or additional club soda, flavored or plain sparkling water.

If garnishing cup with a sugar and salt rim, place 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt on a small plate.
Dampen the rim of the glass with the fresh squeezed Minneola tangelo juice.
Place the rim into the sugar mixture and move the rim around in a circular motion until coated.
Combine the fresh Minneola tangelo juice and vodka or zero-proof botanical in a 10-12 ounce glass or highball glass.
Add about four large ice cubes.
Top with 3 ounces or more of sparkling water or club soda.
Garnish with edible flowers or orange slices, if desired.
