Sparkling Screwdriver Cocktail

Cup Sunkist® Minneola tangelo juice (about 1 Sunkist® Minneola tangelo)

Tablespoons vodka or zero-proof botanical

Cup sparkling water or club soda, plus more if desired

Optional garnishes: Sugar, pink salt, edible flowers, or thin Sunkist® orange slices

*Non-alcoholic option: replace the vodka with a zero-proof botanical like Proteau, Ritual or Seedlip, or additional club soda, flavored or plain sparkling water.
Directions
- If garnishing cup with a sugar and salt rim, place 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt on a small plate.
- Dampen the rim of the glass with the fresh squeezed Minneola tangelo juice.
- Place the rim into the sugar mixture and move the rim around in a circular motion until coated.
- Combine the fresh Minneola tangelo juice and vodka or zero-proof botanical in a 10-12 ounce glass or highball glass.
- Add about four large ice cubes.
- Top with 3 ounces or more of sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with edible flowers or orange slices, if desired.
