- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated Sunkist® lemon zest
- pinch of fine salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream, plus more as needed
