- 1 Sunkist® Cara Cara orange peeled and blended
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions
- Peel Sunkist® Cara Cara orange and add to a blender. Blend until juiced. (if it's not water consistency, that's ok)
- Add to a bowl, pancake mix, matcha powder, the blended Sunkist® Cara Cara orange, water, maple syrup, and orange zest. Mix until all the clumps are gone.
- Heat up a pan with a bit of oil and pour the batter into small quarter-sized pancakes
- Flip mini-pancakes when one side begins to bubble.
- Remove and add more zest from a Sunkist® Navel orange on top.
