- 2 Sunkist® Meyer lemons' Zest
- 2 vanilla beans, split
- 1 (750 ml) bottle bourbon
Ginger Syrup
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped ginger
- 2 cups sugar
Cocktail
- 3 wedges Sunkist Meyer lemon (1/8 wedges)
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 ounces Sunkist Meyer-Lemon Vanilla Infused Bourbon (above recipe)
- 3/4 ounce Ginger Syrup (above recipe)
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- Sunkist Meyer lemon zest, for garnish
