Orange Cranberry & Almond Relish share Serves: 12 Ingredients 1 Sunkist® orange (Navel or Cara Cara Navel) 1 cup diced fresh pineapple 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 12 ounces fresh cranberries 1/2 cup dry roasted whole almonds 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 cup sugar Directions Cut the orange into small chunks with the peel. Place the cut orange, pineapple, ginger, cranberries, almonds in a food processor. Pulse mixture until chopped fine, but with some remaining texture. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the sugar. Let sit at least 1 hour chilled before serving. The relish keeps up to 5 days refrigerated.
