Directions
Simple Syrup
- Combine water and sugar. Boil and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Cool and store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Cocktail
- Measure the freshly squeezed Sunkist® grapefruit juice, simple syrup and rum into a cocktail shaker; tear 2 mint sprigs and drop in.
- Fill with ice, cap and shake.
- Pour cocktail into a tall glass, add beer and stir.
- Garnish with grapefruit slice and remaining mint.
