White Chocolate Fudge

cups white chocolate chips

14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

teaspoon vanilla extract

cup dried Sunkist® California Mandarin, chopped

cup shortbread cookies, chopped

cup pistachios, chopped

cup marshmallows

Directions
White Chocolate Fudge
- Dehydrate Sunkist® California Mandarins (directions below).
- Using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
- Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in vanilla, salt, dried Sunkist® California Mandarins, cookies, pistachios and marshmallows.
- Pour onto parchment lined 8 x 8" pan and spread evenly.
- Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Cut into 2" squares and add single heart sprinkle if desired.
Dried Mandarins
- Preset dehydrator or Preheat oven to 165 F.
- Add Sunkist® California Mandarin segments into the dehydrator, or place in the oven.
- Dry Sunkist® California Mandarins for 8 hours (flip midway).
