- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed Sunkist<sup>®</sup> Minneola tangelo juice
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 splash of ginger beer

Directions
- Measure the juice and cream into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice, cap, and shake.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
