Ingredients

loaf of brioche bread, thickly sliced
6
eggs
1
cup of Sunkist Navel orange Juice
1
Sunkist Navel orange, Zest of
1
tsp ground cinnamon
4
tbsp butter
Kaya to serve
Icing sugar to serve
Sunkist Navel orange slices for garnish
Directions
Whisk eggs, orange zest, orange juice, ground cinnamon in a large shallow bowl.
Dip 1 slice bread into egg mixture for 1 minute each side.
Add butter to melt in a frying pan, place the eggy bread to cook for 2 minutes on each side over medium low heat until golden.
Dust icing sugar over orange toast, and kaya on the side.
Garnish with orange slices before serving.<br />
