Ingredients

large Sunkist<sup>®</sup> Meyer lemon, zest and juice

tablespoon finely minced fresh garlic

cup plain Greek-style yogurt

teaspoon salt
Pinch of fresh ground black pepper

tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Zest and juice the lemon into a medium bowl.
Add the garlic, yogurt and seasonings, and then whisk together.
Add the olive oil slowly while continuing to whisk until smooth.
