Ingredients

  • 4 Sunkist® Valencia oranges
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Slice the oranges in half widthwise and remove the seeds and peel from the oranges. Cut into quarters.
  2. Place in a freezer bag and freeze overnight.
  3. Take out of the freezer and blend in a high powered blender. Add water as needed a tablespoon at a time. Once creamy, add honey and mix to combine. Serve in scooped out oranges.
  4. To create jack-o-lantern orange cups: Slice a quarter of the orange from the top off. Using a spoon to scrape out the inside of the fruit. Using an exacto knife carefully cut out your desired design. <br /> <br /> Tip: you can use a marker to trace the design and then cut out after.
