Ingredients
Thai Chili Syrup

pounds Thai chilis

cups sugar

cups water

teaspoon kosher salt
Spicy Cara Cara Cocktail

ounce vodka

1 1/2
ounce Sunkist® Cara Cara orange juice

1/2
ounce Sunkist® lemon juice

3/4
ounce Thai chili syrup

ounce ginger beer
Directions
Thai Chili Syrup
- Bring water to a boil and add peppers and sugar.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture returns to a boil. <br />
- Turn to low heat and let simmer 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fine strain into bottle.
Spicy Cara Cara Cocktail
- Pour Vodka, Cara Cara juice, lemon juice and Thai chili syrup into a tall, thin glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a Cara Cara orange slice.
