Slow Cooker Citrus Chicken

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Sunkist® Cara Cara oranges

cups chicken broth

tablespoons Dijon mustard

pinch of lemon pepper seasoning, to taste

pinch of garlic powder, to taste

pinch of onion powder, to taste

pinch of kosher salt, to taste

pinch of black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Slice one Sunkist® Cara Cara orange and line the bottom of the slow cooker with orange slices.
- Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of Cara Cara orange slices.
- Season with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard on top and spread evenly.
- Slice another Cara Cara orange and place it on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Add 1 ½ cups of chicken broth.
- Cook on high for three hours until the chicken is tender and has reached an internal temperature of 165 F. Or cook on low for six hours.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, shred and serve.
