Matcha Lemonade

Ingredients

tsp culinary grade matcha powder (depending on how much you like the taste, up to 1 tsp per serving)

ounces hot water

Sunkist® lemon, juiced

ounce pure maple syrup (depending on how sweet you would like it, up to 1 oz. per serving)

ounces cold water
Directions
- Add matcha powder and hot water to a liquid measuring cup.
- Use a frother and combine until the powder has dissolved.
- In a separate measuring cup, add the juice of one lemon, maple syrup and water. Froth well.
- Pour the lemonade mixture into a glass with ice.
- Next, pour the matcha mixture on top. This will create the contrast of colors. Mix and enjoy!
