Ingredients

Lentini’s Crimson Punch

  • 8 ounces Sunkist® blood orange juice
  • 2 ounces Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Sunkist® Minneola tangelo juice
  • 2 3/4 cups Maraschino
  • 4 cups Gin
  • 5 1/2 cups black tea
  • 4 Sunkist® blood oranges

Oleo Saccharum

  • 4 Sunkist® blood oranges
  • 6 sugar cubes

Directions

Lentini’s Crimson Punch

  1. Add oleo saccharum mixture (recipe below) in a punch bowl.
  2. Add tea, Gin, Maraschino and all other ingredients and chill overnight.
  3. Garnish with thin slices of lemon, blood orange and Minneola tangelo.
  4. Serve in a punch bowl.

Oleo Saccharum

  1. Remove zest from blood orange in wide strips with a knife, leaving the pitch behind.
  2. Add sugar in a medium bowl, cover, and let sit at least 3 hours and up to 1 day.
  3. Strain into airtight container, pressing on solids to extract as much oil as possible; discard zest.
  4. Cover oil and chill.
