Dark Chocolate Covered Blood Oranges

Ingredients

  • 2 Sunkist® Blood oranges, segmented
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate
  • Flaky Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Peel and segment Blood orange and set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave on low heat for 30 seconds, and then 10 seconds at a time. Stir chocolate until smooth.
  3. Dip one half of each Blood orange in the chocolate and lay on parchment paper to set.
  4. Drizzle more melted chocolate on top and add flaky sea salt while still wet. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes to set up.
