Citrus Wine Cooler

ounces of Pinot Grigio

Sunkist® Valencia orange, cut into quarters

ounce of simple syrup

ounces of soda water

Additional raspberries for garnish

Directions
- Juice half of a Valencia orange and add juice into a cocktail shaker. Add half of the raspberries and simple syrup and muddle ingredients together.
- Add wine and ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover and shake ingredients together.
- Strain and pour mixture into a tall glass with ice.
- Add soda water and garnish with 2 Valencia orange slices and 4 - 5 raspberries. Stir to combine.
