Citrus Spinach Salad in a Jar

Salad

tablespoons salad dressing

cup roasted beets

1/2
Sunkist<sup>®</sup> Cara Cara or Blood orange, segmented

tablespoons crumbled feta

cup spinach

pecans
Directions
- In a small jar, combine all ingredients for dressing and set aside.
- In a 500mL mason jar, layer ingredients in the order of the ingredient list above.
- Cover and store jars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- To consume, shake jar and empty into a bowl.<br />
