This tall, sparkling cooler shows the versatility of blood orange by combining it with the herbal anise of absinthe and its perfect partner creme de menthe. A perfect sipper for those warm winter days.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. absinthe
  • 1/2 oz. white creme de menthe
  • 2 oz. blood orange juice
  • Soda water to top off

Directions

  1. Build in a tall, thin glass with ice. Stir.
  2. Garnish with a blood orange slice and a long piece of fennel bulb.
