Orange Olive Oil Cake

whole Sunkist® Navel orange

Directions
- Make flax eggs by combining 4 tbsp flax meal with 12 tbsp water =½ cup.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut Sunkist® Navel Oranges into quarters. Sift your all-purpose flour.
- Combine all ingredients required for the cake and blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds max. Over blending can cause the cake to become dense.
- Grease a cake pan with olive oil or avocado oil spray. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Sift icing sugar on top and place sliced oranges. Slice and enjoy!
