Spicy Cara Cara

Thai Chili Syrup ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Thai chilis
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 0.75 teaspoon kosher salt
Spicy Cara Cara Cocktail ingredients
- 1.5 ounce vodka
- 1.5 ounce Sunkist® Cara Cara orange juice
- 0.5 ounce Sunkist® lemon juice
- 0.75 ounce Thai chili syrup
- 2 ounce ginger beer
Thai Chili Syrup
Directions
- Bring water to a boil and add peppers and sugar.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture returns to a boil.
- Turn to low heat and let simmer 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fine strain into bottle.
Spicy Cara Cara Cocktail
Directions
- Pour Vodka, Cara Cara juice, lemon juice and Thai chili syrup into a tall, thin glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a Cara Cara orange slice.
