red chilli, deseeded and finely diced

spring onion, finely minced

tablespoon soy sauce

teaspoons honey

tablespoons Sriracha

Sprinkling of Togarashi chilli powder
To Serve

Cooked Japanese rice
-
[Optional] Shredded Cabbage, Sliced Cucumber, Avocado, Kimchi, etc.
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the poke together until combined. Season and adjust the sauce as needed.
- Top 2 bowls of cooked rice with the poke and any other toppings you like.
- Serve with an extra wedge of orange for squeezing.<br><br> VARIATION: Serve with your favourite toppings such as Shredded Cabbage, Sliced Cucumber, Avocado, Kimchi and more!
