Pixie Agua Fresca

ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 6 Sunkist® Ojai Pixie tangerines, peeled
- 1 large Sunkist® grapefruit, peeled
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1.5 tsp agave, or more as needed
- A few sprigs of mint, optional garnish
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture in a pitcher through a fine mesh sieve. Taste and mix in additional sweetener if needed.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and serve once chilled.
- Serve as is, or over ice. Garnish with mint if desired.
